- First house, related to the first sign of Aries. Meanings: Physical appearance, body type, traits and characteristics, visible part of the personality, character or temperament, attitude, appearance, outward appearance, first impression you give to others, general attitude to the world. The lens through which you view reality. The beginning of things, initiative, first time, what you might do. Birth. The beginning of the first house is also known as the Ascendant.
- Second house, related to the second sign of Taurus. Meanings: The talents you can use to earn money. Agriculture, countryside, building land. Finances, investments, funds, money, property, banks, things of value. What you need to survive. The physical world, the world of the senses, the concrete world. Values and self-esteem.
- Third house, related to the third sign Gemini. Meanings: Elementary school, early environment, siblings, the neighbourhood where you live, moving, short trips, short messages. Mental abilities, language and comprehension, communication, connections, roads and streets, transportation, logistics. Contacts, correspondence, email, Twitter, journalism, newspapers and magazines, news websites. Telephone, telephony, smartphone.
- Fourth house, related to the fourth sign Cancer. Meanings: Parents, and in most cases especially the mother, ancestors, roots, heredity, lineage, the place where you grew up, childhood experiences, emotional security in your youth (or lack thereof), your own home, the place where you find peace, the household, the country where you live. Also known as the final outcome, the end of one's own life, a return to the source. The beginning of the fourth house is also known as Nadir, or I.M. (Imum Coeli).
- Fifth house, related to the fifth sign Leo. Meanings: Hobbies, pleasurable things, pleasures, things you enjoy, recreation and relaxation, games and games, gambling. Children, offspring.
